The staff at Trinity Garage Door were excellent and extremely helpful. They ordered and installed the door of my choosing and also installed a garage door opener. The kept me notified throughout the entire process - initial ordering, arrival of the door/opener to their facility and scheduling for the install. Frank, who installed our door and opener was friendly & courteous and explained the entire operation to me. They came out the same day that I called, maybe an hour after. I was surprised as most companies take a few days to become available. I was so pleased. Unfortunately I am terrible with remembering names as I get older, but the gentleman was very professional and had the job done on my garage in less than an hour. The 40 yr old opener stopped working, with the garage door stuck half way open with my car inside. A true emergency! I was able to reach Audra on a Saturday morning before 7am! She requested that Frank stop by to look at the situation. Frank came within 3 hours and was great ! Trinity then installed a brand new garage door opener quickly, and I love my new garage door opener and keypads and remotes. Audra, Taylor and Frank were wonderful to work with!! Owner Brian Gminder, Audra and Taylor, were all helpful. Brian and Frank did the installation, efficiently, and with minimal disturbance. We could not be happier with the results.
Operation of the door is quiet, and it is a good match to our front door.

Trinity Garage Doors installed a Sunsetter awning over our back deck about 5 years ago. The second year it had a tear, which we thought happened because it was catching on something.  It was replaced under warranty.  This year, it had a tear in the exact same place. They came out and inspected it and found that the problem was that it needed a center support bracket. They fixed it temporarily and tried to get Sunsetter to pay for a replacement. Sunsetter would not. Audra, the office manager and owner's wife, worked hard to find all the discounts that she could to make a new awning more affordable. Brian, the owner, and his crew came out and installed a new roller and awning. A storm was coming, so they had to come out a second time to recalibrate and adjust some things. All of this was done in a timely and professional manner. If you are looking to have a Sunsetter awning installed, I would highly recommend Trinity Garage Doors!

TRINITY was very easy to deal with, quick to get me an appointment, Frank, who came out to repair the spring on our garage door, was professional and polite. Not knowing that the garage door wasn't up all the way due to a broken spring, both my door and vehicle got its first ding. Rather than replacing the bent door panel which wasn't available anywhere or having a brand new mismatched garage door replaced, Brian the owner came out and worked his magic getting everything working as it should. 😀

And today Jared did a great job on replacing our other garage door springs. Breanne was able to get me scheduled the same day surprisingly so we could get in and out easily without having to be inconvenienced leaving our vehicle outside for very long.
